suboptimal area

We loved the convenience of the standard king room, as well as coffee facilities and a sofa bed etc. Continental breakfast was something to remember. Besides, the location was handy for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Mamac Museum.

The room was fabulous with lots of space & very quiet. The convenience to the convention centre was excellent as I was there for a conference.

The free wifi access in the lobby was too slow to be of any use.

hotel was lovely- we had a junior suite and it was very comfortable, slippers, robes, coffee machine, huge bed. it is a little far out from centre for restaurants/nightlife but has tram line straight across the road which is very easy to negotiaite.hotel very close to train station which was perfect for us as we went somewhere every day. the pool was our main reason for booking this hotel and this again was really nice, clean and plenty of loungers though the area was quite small we never had trouble finding a lounger. we enjoyed our stay.

it is expensive!! breakfast for twenty euro is ridicilous in the current climate and internet was ten euro for half an hour, again too expensive now.

Excellent staff, good location and clean and nicely furnished rooms. Excellent bar and pool at the roof top, relaxing sauna and a fitness room.

The property was recently renovated and lovely welcoming with very efficient stuff. The breakfast looked large and outstanding with plenty of options. The location was handy, for example, Old Town was at a short distance from the hotel. The private parking was nearby, good service...

Good value for money. Junior suite nice and very spaceous.

- The rooms where comfortable, clean and big.. The morning breakfast was excellent wide selection of food.. Easy access to the train the center of the city.. Safe beautiful terrace.. The swimming pool was small, if they put it down in the garden i'm sure it'll be nicer..

- Hand spray (bidet) for the toilet was not available.. Customer service was fair.. Other than that it was good!

Comfortable room but Wi-Fi was slow and hard to connect for my group.

The room was very clean and spacious and the pillows were particularly comfortable! The pool was clean and plenty of towels were provided.

The fitness room was very hot and airless and the water fountain was empty.
